DANA POLLEY, LCSW, PMH-C
RIVER ROCK THERAPY

Dana brings a warm, curious, and grounded presence to her work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, dedicated to helping women navigate life’s transitions—especially during and after motherhood—by fostering deeper self-awareness and self-compassion. She blends multiple evidence-based modalities—EMDR, Internal Family Systems, CBT, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, perinatal mental health, and somatic approaches—tailored to each client’s pace and needs.

Dana holds an MSW from the University of Denver and has earned certifications including Foundations of Integral Sound Healing (2024), Approved Clinical Supervisor (2023), EMDR (2022–23), and training in IFS (2022), somatic therapy, and perinatal mental health (2022), among others. Her personal journey through motherhood and healing deeply informs her empathetic, client-centered approach.

SARA KNIGHT, PA-C, CHC
STEADY SET GO HEALTH COACHING

Sara Knight is a certified health coach and former Family Medicine Physician Assistant trained at Oregon Health & Science University, bringing over a decade of clinical experience to her practice. She earned her health coaching certification through the National Society of Health Coaches and founded Steady Set Go Health to bridge conventional medicine with lifestyle support. Leveraging her medical expertise and a compassionate, client-focused approach, Sara works collaboratively with individuals to uncover root causes of health challenges, set realistic wellness goals, and design personalized, sustainable plans. Her philosophy emphasizes steady habit changes—whether improving nutrition, increasing movement, managing stress, or fostering a positive mindset—to help clients build vitality, balance, and lasting well-being.
